Product Summary
The ISO7242ADWR is a quad-channel digital isolator with multiple channel configurations with output enable function. The device has logic input and output buffers separated by TI ’ s silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) isolation barrier. Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, the ISO7242ADWR block high voltage, isolate grounds, and prevent noise currents from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry. The applications of the ISO7242ADWR include Industrial Fieldbus, Computer Peripheral Interface, Servo Control Interface and Data Acquisition.
