Product Summary

The ADS8505IDWR is a complete 16-bit sampling A/D converter using state-of-the-arit CMOS structures. It contains complete 16-bit, capacitor-based, SAR A/D with S/H, reference, clock, interface for microprocessor use, and 3-state output drivers. The applications of the ADS8505IDWR include industrial process control, data acquisition systems, digital signal processing, medical equipment and instrumention. It is specified at a 250-kHz sampling rate over the full temeprature range. The ADS8505IDWR is avaliable in 28-pin SOIC and 28-pin SSOP packages. The ADS8505IDWR is specified for operaton over the industrial -40 to 85℃ temperature range.
